DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
-We are an appointment based studio, and we happily accept walk-ins on a first come, first served basis. An appt. is not required to receive a tattoo service, though it is recommended to book an appt. for large/complex tattoo requests. Piercings are available on a walk-in basis - , except for children under the age of 10, which require an appt.
DO I NEED MY ID?
-Yes. A valid form of government issued photo ID is REQUIRED to receive ANY service. NO EXCEPTIONS.
DO YOU PIERCE KIDS EARS?
-Yes, we do!. Getting your ears pierced is a very personal decision, one which cannot & should not be taken lightly. Not only are there potential risks to this procedure, but it is also a matter of consent. Many physicians & piercing experts agree: Children should not be pierced before they are ready. This means infant and toddler piercing should be avoided, as they cannot decide if this is something they want. Also, young children may be unable to handle cleaning responsibilities. It is best to wait until your child is ready: physically, mentally, and emotionally. Children must be able to communicate with our piercer directly that they give their consent to the service. We will not proceed if the parent has to coerce the child. Minors under the age of 10 require an appointment.

DO YOU ALLOW CHILDREN IN THE STUDIO?
-No. The exception being children that are receiving a piercing service. We want everyone to have a comfortable & pleasant experience. That means being able to give your tattoo artist or piercer your full attention so that we can focus on doing the very best job possible for you.
CAN I BRING MY OWN JEWELRY TO GET PIERCED WITH?
-No. We understand that some stores sell "safe" jewelry that is "real" but there still could be some alloys in the metal that can react poorly. We only use our jewelry because we know what its made of. We know it is the safest & we want you to have the best healing experience possible.
We choose to carry only the highest quality, bio-compatible pieces to meet your piercing needs. Since we are working with fine jewelry, when you get a piercing with us, you are not limited to a small selection of "plain" or "starter" pieces. You can wear a stylish piece of jewelry, whether it be a sparkly stud, a fun design, or a gold hoop. We ONLY use 14k solid gold or implant-grade titanium. This means that everyone gets to experience falling in love with their perfect piece of jewelry rather than being limited to a smaller variety of less appealing options.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I TIP MY TATTOO ARTIST/PIERCER?
-We are a service industry. Anyone that has been tattooed or pierced a few times knows there is a huge difference between just "getting a tattoo/piercing" with okay service vs. excellent service provided to you by a tattoo artist or piercer who is genuinely striving to give you an unforgettable experience. This is our perpetual goal. Standard tipping is just like tipping a server at a restaurant : 15% - 20% of the total, usually. Ultimately, we don't expect tips, but we are EXTREMELY appreciative of them.
-Tips can be left in cash or card & are not split among the staff.
CAN I GO SWIMMING WITH MY NEW TATTOO OR PIERCING?
-The short and safe answer is, NO. We recommend at least 2 weeks for a tattoo & at least 8 weeks for a piercing before submerging your body in any kind of water (except a shower). That is because too much moisture can harbor bacteria & chemicals that might be in that water can more easily enter your body.
DO YOU DO INTIMATE PIERCINGS?
-We are very experienced with all things piercing, this includes intimate piercings. Please don't hesitate or feel embarrassed to ask us about your goals for yourself, or if you are just curious. We approach all matters, but especially this, with the utmost respect & professionalism and take confidentiality very seriously.
